1. Why the pages of the Members-only section do not display correctly when I access them?

The version of your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) may not be up to date. That might be why the “Activate your account” page does not display correctly.

Please download and install an updated version of your browser and then try again.

2. I entered a password but the system keeps on rejecting it.

Make sure that your password contains at least eight (8) characters and includes one upper-case letter, one lower-case letter, one numerical digit and one special character.

3. I saved my password but did not receive a confirmation email with the link I am supposed to click on to complete the activation process.

Your email application may have classified the confirmation email as spam. Please check in your spam folder.

4. What should I do if the one-hour time limit for completing the activation of my member space runs out?

Simply email us at members@sodrac.ca and mention that the activation link is no longer valid. We will reset the activation so that you can resume the process while continuing to use the user code we initially provided you with.
